When you contact us or request a quote, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company and project details. We also receive limited technical data, such as IP address, browser and device information, and cookie or analytics data.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and take steps towards a contract; to deliver agreed services and manage client relationships; and to keep our website secure and improve performance. Our lawful bases are contract, steps taken at your request before a contract, legitimate interests in operating and improving our studio, legal obligations, and consent where required.
Cookies, sharing and your rights
Essential cookies help the site work; analytics cookies are used only where permitted and, when required, with your consent. We share personal information only with trusted hosting, email, analytics and professional-service providers, or where the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside the UK using recognised safeguards. We do not sell personal information. Enquiry records are normally kept for up to 24 months after last contact; client and financial records may be kept for up to six years.
